It has no sets of rules, no limitations and no orders are implied by any authority while you do it. Only you are the boss while you do it... But within the bounds of the appropriate words and wise thoughts.!! For journaling, you just need to improve your writing skills. And good writing skills come from only practice and sheer hard work. So, to do anything you need sheer hard work and dedication with consistency. With day-to-day journaling, it can get better day by day. It needs only self-interest and will.

Journaling carries various prons. It is exposed to various fields of life and every event of life. It is an ever-lasting platform to be a part of. Journaling can be done for any aspects and topics regarding from day to day-to-day ongoing routines of life...

- Journaling is not only required to maintain the regular habit of writing but it is even sometimes essential to maintain good mental health. When in some situations when you don't find anyone with whom you can share and express your feelings and emotions deep residing in your heart, then penning down those feelings, emotions, and thoughts can up to some extent reduce your inner pain and angst which you were holding up for a very long time... In your heart!!
- Letting those emotions and feelings out and popping up in your heart through writing, can make you feel go ease within yourself for a while. Even in addition to maintaining good mental health, it can to some extent reduce the anxiety levels and depression in a person.
- Nowadays, In today's world of social media, journaling gives us a right to express ourselves on any ongoing scenario and on any ongoing issues that really need a great social concern. So, it gives us a wide-ranging platform to share our own perception on any worldwide issues of life. So, journaling can even make us socially aware and give us our own opinions and views to express and share.
- In addition to the benefits it carries as mentioned above, it even gives us chances to interact with ourselves and gives us time for self to think about what we feel and how we think about certain things and aspects of life ( which should be in a positive way). Even it helps us to have a daily balanced routine of life in which we can take some time and write about our life and our thoughts.
- Journaling, even helps us to improve ourselves and boost our lack of confidence. It helps us in improving our social skills. Writing helps to make an introvert into an extrovert, who can after gaining lost confidence put up their own point of view and perspective on something which they were unable to speak up for. So, through journaling self improvisation and improvement can be done also.
So, there are numerous advantages and benefits of journaling. It is a wide-ranging field in which we can expose ourselves brush up our thoughts and paint our emotions like a drawing. Only what you need is a pen and a piece of paper and go with the flow.......
