A RESTLESS MIND
I was just wondering about whether do you ever think about the psychology behind the working of your Mind???
I guess we never give up even thought to think about how our mind and body correlate and synchronize with each other. In my view -
"Mind is something we have no control over!!! As we know there are " Two parts of each facet". Similarly, each and everything has dual aspects and sides. So, even in the case of mind too, it holds two shades."
It's not good to have an excess or less than the need to think for something. It's not appreciable to overthink a lot more than the need and even not good to have an empty mind (vision) on something. So, it's necessary to maintain a righteous balance of mind in every situation. Because in every sense and aspect, its applications in excessive or less amount will have a rightful effect on our mental and physical health.
With an instance, let's understand it...
When you are surrounded by a stressful environment full of negativity, stress, worries, and sophistication your mind gets triggered and your mind doesn't work with the needed consciousness and logical aspect. In a Stressful mind, you deal with things with different approaches. But, when you find yourself in stress-free surroundings and much more positivity in self and environment your mindset with calmness and stability, which helps you to deal with things in a better and healthy state where you can approach all the negative and positive aspects of the thing and can make a decision in a more sensible and approachable manner.
Now, dealing with its different aspects, like making each and everything more suitable and cozy for self, getting well settled and well equipped with each and every essential and necessities, then your mind will surely remain anxious free and more stress-free which will never make you feel to think on more on something.
So, what I am trying to say is that, when you are well equipped with each and every necessity and facility, you will surely try to do less hard work and gradually your mind will slow down working and will take less stress.
This means that once you approach and complete something, your mind will be triggered for something else. The Mind can never be in a state of rest. It will evoke various thoughts and certain ideas which will crave you to do and achieve other things as well. Then, the mind will originally build a lump of questions within the self which will generate the quest to think upon.
So, basically, the Mind is a kind of never-ending machine that 24×7 processes thoughts and ideas and never remains in a state of rest. It will constantly prompt us to think and generate new ideas and thoughts and build up different perceptions.
VIEW THIS -
So, the Mind is also a body organ that requires its application only in the needed amount. More or less if applied, will produce harm to selves in terms of eg. Overthinking problems, Post Traumatic Stress disorder, Anxiety and depression, and other kinds of mental illnesses.
In today's time, it's the need to calm ourselves and maintain a balanced state of mind and body. Mind will always create a huge pile of thoughts every day and so it's you who have to balance and approach these thoughts in a balanced way. Don't let any of the thoughts sweep in selves. So, protect yourself and your mind from your own excessive and unnecessary thoughts and ideas that do not have to do anything with you and yourself. So, protect yourself and your mind!!!
