 Today, I am going to share my thoughts on the topic which I feel is a great issue of concern in today's life...


HAVE YOU EVER BEEN ANXIOUS ENOUGH??

HAVE YOU EVER FEEL DEPRESSED ??


I believe so, it will be the majority of people who will agree with my question and their answer will be a 


 "BIG YESS.."


In Today's life, it's a very relatable topic to discuss. I believe every 3 of 4 people goes through this. We all know about it a bit more or less. We majorly go through it multiple times. In past years these words were rarely used as people were less acquainted with these terms.

 They didn't know what it was? 

How it happens? 

What are its side effects and aftermaths? 

 It was just because people didn't experience it then, as there was less stress, less burden, fewer problems, less struggle to sustain in life, and much more. People used to live happily and peacefully with whatever situation or condition they might be facing though...

But in today's time, where people are trying to cope with the fast pace of life, they are experiencing stress, burden, and overthinking. Even so many problems and issues are growing in day-to-day lives related to their personal and professional lives.



ANXIETY - 

It simply means getting anxious... about something. We can get anxious about anything..related to our day-to-day issues of life. When something leads to a huge impact on our life that affects us mentally, physically,, and emotionally we feel anxiety levels so high. It affects our mental state of mind. 

But do you ever wonder what are the reasons we feel anxious for or what makes us feel anxious about something???

Well, in my opinion, anxiety starts operating when -


  • We expect more from people surrounding us rather than believing in ourselves. 
  • When we start expecting more than we require and need and basically more than we deserve.
  • When we are not self-satisfied with ourselves in whatever and whichever way we are and start comparing ourselves with others.
  • It also starts taking place when we feel a lot about something. When we try to take each and every phase and issue of life" wholeheartedly" and believe in the fact that people will also feel the same way as we do.


Anxiety can happen to anyone and in any way. It is not only related to the goals and ambitions of your life but it is related even with your day to day personal issues of your life too, which you face. Overthinking is the root cause of feeling anxious and depressed. Day by day we become so much aware and concerned and get worried about each and everything.

Sometimes when we meet with some tragic incidents in our life or experience something unexpected or worse in life, they have such an impact on ourselves, on our minds, that we feel so much concerned about each and everything. We become more anxious.

It is sometimes, related to your past experiences of your life about any specific thing which may have hurt you so deeply or had such an impact on yourself that you aren't able to forget it, leading drastic impact on your mind, making you feel tensed and depressed all the time.

Sometimes, it becomes so difficult to express, how you feel and experience when you feel anxious and depressed!! Only those who have experienced and have gone through it can literally feel the true meaning of it. And it's worth mentioning to understand and to acknowledge it in its deeper sense. 


HOW DOES IT AFFECT THE PERSON??

So, in a much broader sense, it is not easy to feel and understand how it affects the person and how the person goes through it when he or she feels anxious. But, generally, its side effects and consequences can be worth mentioning here.

• It somehow leads to a complete loss of peace of mind. It leads to so much overthinking, depression, stressful mind.

• It has a huge impact on physical and mental health. Being anxious somehow totally affects the mind in such a way that it affects a person's thinking power and their ability to figure out things in a much simpler way.

• A person starts losing happiness and peace in life. Even doesn't find a kind of self-satisfaction in each and everything. Start losing self-interest in the work and boredom starts prevailing. The mind always tries to overthink even when everything seems so fine and smooth.


It's now becoming a global issue of concern and is getting worldwide recognition. People are becoming more and more aware of it. Its signs, symptoms, and its impact on us and our health. Many social concerns are being given on this matter and many social activities and practices are being performed to make people fully aware of our Mental health including making posters, holding signboards, having debates, and shows .skits all around the world. Even social media in today's time makes people so much more aware of it.


 So, 

It's necessary to prioritise your Mental Health. Try to figure out things in the best possible way you feel. And just start expressing and sharing your feelings and emotions you feel with whom you can share. It will definitely help you to heal yourself and will help to overcome your anxiety and depression. It will definitely improve your Mental Health.
